Who We Are
Bryce
Working out has been a big part of my life for 29 years ever since I first started lifting weights at age 16. I founded Fit 4 Life because I wanted to create a gym environment that I felt good about walking into - and not just leaving once my workout was over! At Fit 4 Life I'm here to help our members improve in their fitness, and also develop in other important areas of their life including the spiritual, relational and financial dimensions.
Christy
I get a lot of satisfaction seeing people get excited about life and living it to the full. I specialise in helping people understand themselves and others better, plus I love hanging out and getting to know all our members!! I'm also a mum to two kids (a teenager and a pre-teen, which keeps me busy) plus I am married to Bryce.

Hey there. I am originally from Canada and have a BA from the University of Calgary and a Certificate in Fitness Instruction from AUT. I have always enjoyed working out at the gym and as a Fitness instructor here at Fit 4 Life I want to help you reach your fitness goals and achieve a healthy level of fitness.
Sarah
Hi. I'm a regular kind of person, wanting to help regular people get fit- both externally and internally. I have an interest in running and Pilates, but I am currently studying to have a deeper knowledge of fitness. I also understand that for some of us, healthy eating and regular exercise is not quite as straightforward as it sounds. I look forward to meeting you at fit4life.

I am a fun kiwi who loves working out! I have a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) and I am currently working on getting my certificate in Personal Training. I am interested in running and a variety of aerobics classes. Here at Fit4Life, I want to help you enjoy working out and achieving your ideal fitness level, giving you energy so you can get the most out of life for you and your friends and family.
