Meet the Fit 4 Life team...
BryceWorking out has been a big part of my life for almost 30 years ever since I first started lifting weights at age 16. I founded Fit 4 Life because I wanted to create a gym environment that I felt good walking into and working out in. At Fit 4 Life I'm here to help our members improve in their fitness, and also to develop in other important areas of their life including the spiritual, relational and financial dimensions. |

ChristyI get a lot of satisfaction seeing people get excited about life and living it to the full. I specialise in 'relational fitness' - helping people understand themselves and others better. Plus I love getting to know and hanging out with our members! I'm married to Bryce and we have two children - a teenager and a pre-teen, which keeps me busy! I hope to see you at Fit 4 Life. |

JasonCanadian born and raised, I have been living, working and studying in New Zealand for 9 years now, and have a Certificate in Fitness Instruction from the Auckland University of Technology (AUT). I have always enjoyed working out at the gym and as a Fitness Instructor at Fit 4 Life I want to help you reach your goals and achieve a healthy level of fitness. |

SarahI consider myself a regular person wanting to help other regular people get healthy - both externally and internally. I have an interest in running and Pilates, and am currently studying to gain a deeper knowledge of fitness. I understand that for some of us, healthy eating and regular exercise are not quite as straightforward as they sound. We've set up Fit 4 Life to welcome and cater for everyone, whether you've been working out for years or have never set foot in a gym. I look forward to meeting you at Fit 4 Life. |

KirstieI am a fun Kiwi who loves exercise! I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Auckland University (you'll see some of my photography on the Fit 4 Life walls), and I have recently completed a certificate in group fitness instruction at AUT. I am interested in running and a variety of Group Fitness aerobics classes. I am passionate about coming alongside our members and working together to achieve health, confidence, and to get the most out of life. |

JamieBorn and raised in the USA, I worked for the American Navy for 4 years in aviation technology. I joined Athletes in Action in 2000 and spent most of my time working with top level basketball players. After moving to NZ in 2003, I stayed connected with basketball but I also added mentoring NPC and Super 14 rugby players to my repertoire. I am a certified sports chaplain with SCNZ (Sports Chaplaincy NZ) and I love working out, running, beaches, and the Kiwi lifestyle! |

StevenI never exercised. I never worked out. I pushed my body to the limit and eventually my body pushed back! Sadly my story of burn-out is all too common in our fast-paced society. I will never again underestimate the importance of exercise! Now I am sold on Fit 4 Life's holistic approach to health and well-being, and wish to promote it in my role as the Fit 4 Life Marketing & Promotions Co-ordinator. I have a Bachelor of Communication Studies from the Auckland University of Technology, and a background in visual media. Learn from my mistakes, and make regular workouts a priority in your life! |
