Facilities

Fit 4 Life is a spacious well lit facility with covered parking and a relaxed atmosphere. We have a full range of strength equipment including free weights, plate loaded and pin loaded machines. We also have cardio equipment and an aerobics studio. There is lots of space for core work and stretching as well as a room for seminars.
