We can't promise you that we are the biggest or offer the most; but we can promise you that we offer the friendliest gym environment on the North Shore - and we are definitely the most affordable to the community. We've also got enough quality equipment and space to satisfy everyone from the novice to the hard-core lifter.

Something else we can promise you is that Fitness is not the only area of life where Fit 4 Life strives to help its members. That's because we believe that life is holistic, and so we are here to help you with other important areas of your life like Finances, Faith and Friendship.
